UNIVERSITY OF GLOUCESTERSHIRE LAUNCHES NEXT COHORT OF SELL-OUT HELP TO GROW: MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME

The highly acclaimed Help to Grow: Management Programme at University of Gloucestershire has opened registration for the next cohort of businesses looking to elevate their leadership skills.

Through 12 weekly interactive sessions, made up of 50 hours of expert teaching, businesses explore strategy, innovation, digital transformation, marketing, organisational design, employee engagement, operations, financial management and more.

By joining the programme they also unlock 10 hours with a Mentor to develop a tailored growth action plan to translate their business-focused learning into reality. Supported by peer-group sessions to share experiences and ideas while building an invaluable network of ambitious small business leaders. Businesses are also able to access an alumni network for exclusive access to events, networking, and further resources. Chris Moore, Associate Director of Cheltenham-based McLoughlin Planning Ltd, and Help to Grow: Management alumnus commented:

Help to Grow: Management has been a fantastic platform to help arm myself with newfound leadership skills. The Course allowed me to revisit and reflect further on crucial aspects of the business. It was insightful to hear different perspectives from the peer-group sessions to help me find new ways of approaching opportunities and challenges within our business to help us continue to grow. Being able to continue building my network through the alumni scheme will also allow me to further develop as a leader, by hearing from other business owners and directors in the community. I would personally recommend to any ambitious businesses looking to level up their leadership to explore Help to Grow: Management.

The Help to Grow: Management programme is 90% government funded for the next 12 months. After the previous cohort reached capacity businesses keen to take advantage of the funding available for this programme are encouraged to register ahead of the March deadline. Businesses can register online or contact the Help to Grow: Management team at University of Gloucestershire to find out more.
