Interested in a 90% government funded, Help to Grow Management course? This is a 12-week course for the senior leadership team who have direct reports and aimed for small or medium-sized enterprise, who employ between 5 and 249 employees.
The course covers strategies for growth and innovation, leading high-performance teams and digital adoption, as well as financial management and responsible business practices. You will hear from inspirational business leaders and learn alongside local peers. You’ll learn from leaders like you with bespoke peer-to-peer networking sessions.
The 12-week course costs just £750 and is 90% funded by the government and if you employ more than 10 members of staff, the fund will allow two participants to join from your Company at £750 each. You can take part around your existing work commitments and access learning through a blend of online and face-to-face sessions. The course is run by Business Schools accredited by the Small Business Charter

- Develop your leadership skills across all areas of business including strategic planning, employee engagement, finance and marketing
- Develop strategies for market segmentation, positioning and targeting to streamline your marketing approach
- Gain exclusive access to a local, regional and national peer network to share practical challenges, ideas and experiences
- Work with your mentor to develop a Growth Action Plan tailored to your business and its unique journey
- Learn how to engage employees on your business journey and plan the future structure of your organisation
- Identify new technologies and digital approaches to enhance innovation and productivity in your business model
- Improve operational efficiency to save time and money
