C2S has been involved with these schemes for nearly 10 years and we are a Silver Award holder for our advocacy.
Signing the Covenant is a no-brainer and many of the things organisations are doing already and then you can work through the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Bronze – Self certification; Silver awarded Regional and Gold awarded nationally

Covenant for businesses
Businesses and charitable organisations who wish to demonstrate their support for the armed forces community can sign the covenant. In doing so they make a range of written and publicised promises to set out their support.
