This Award acknowledges organisations that can demonstrate substantial growth and innovation in 2022, through headcount, service or product development and revenue growth. The judges were looking for:

- Growth in headcount and turnover.
Professor Stephen Draper, Academic Dean, Research and Knowledge Exchange at Hartpury University took to the stage to say a few words and announced the winner!
Hartpury is a specialist educational provider located in Gloucestershire with more than 4,000 college and university level students studying PhDs, postgraduate and undergraduate degrees, diplomas in the areas of sport, equine, animal, agriculture and veterinary nursing, and A-levels.

Established in 2013, the business has grown from a two-man start-up in Bristol, to an industry heavyweight.
The business achieved a turnover of more than £6 million last financial year and is on course for £10 million this year.
Adding 28 new team members, establishing three new service divisions, opening two additional offices, and rolling out their People-First development programme “Skill Build”, makes 2022 – 23 a transformational and Pivotal 12 months for Cosgrove & Drew.
