At these quarterly online events we will hear from inspiring women in business, discuss and debate hot topics around real time issues today.

This month we talk about menopause. You may say what again! But there is still a lot of work to be done to educate people in the workplace, change the working environment, support women in business, and engage men in business in this important topic!

100% of women in the workplace will go through this at some point in their career, so working together, sharing ideas, stories and learning from each other can only be a good thing!

Mandy will share with us her journey and the impact menopause has had on her working life. She has become a menopause champion inspiring other women to be more confident, speak out and create positive change!

Mandy will share insights, ideas, lessons learnt and what Spirax Sarco are doing to support women in business. They are working hard to support women through menopause, raise awareness and create an educated workforce.

Sarah Taylor – People & Culture Director, Staffline Recruitment Group

Sarah will share with us what Staffline, the UK’s largest national recruitment agency are doing to support women in business and the menopause. Omega is part of Staffline Recruitment Group and represent them regionally.
