About the event

These bi-monthly online events run with the same format as our in-person leader boardrooms, providing opportunities each month for business leaders to connect and discuss the latest hot topics, big conversations in business, collaborate and connect with other business leaders.

Each digital event will include introductions, a leader insight, a boardroom style discussion, with a maximum of 20 places available. We will then breakout into smaller groups and then close the event by bringing all leaders back to the digital boardroom for final sharing of  ideas,  exchange of views and thoughts, comments and insights.

So whether you prefer to meet online or in-person we now have the leader event for you!

This month we will be joined by Terry Edgell, CEO of Newport head quartered Premier Forest Products.  Terry will talk about the growth of Premier and their drive for further growth through their acquisition strategy.

The business was co-founded by Dilwyn Howells, Nigel Williams and Terry Edgell. The three entrepreneurs decided to put their skills, experience and ambition in the timber industry into their very own venture; Premier Forest Products Ltd was born!

Premier have been in business for over 30 years starting in May 1993.They have an annual turnover in excess of £130m, employ over 300 people across multiple sites in the UK.  The business has diversified into timber processing, joinery and engineered timber.

We were delighted terry Edgell was the first recipient of our C2S Leadership Award in 2023. An inspirational leader, Terry was nominated by his colleagues and they were all thrilled with his well-deserved win!
