C2S Property and Construction Focus online

Another interesting, informative online event with Circle2Success. At this online Property and Construction Focus we looked at how the planning regulations might change after the election, depending on the next government, what will this mean for planning.

Official partners McLoughlin Planning, Managing Director Nathan McLoughlin took us through the outcomes for each political party, Conservatives, Labour and Liberal – what can we expect from the next government.

Nathan talked about the three main political parties positions on planning, taken from the recent conferences. This is incredibly important and will impact on the current building policies, what will be built and where! The update included the views of the Conservative party, Labour party and Lib Dems. The implications are massive! Councils have to make some very hard choices about how they want to develop and how they may hedge their bets pending a change in government.

John Brewer Managing Director at Move Property and & Lettings Agent talked about the market and gave an update, how the market has changed and what he sees the market place being in 2024. Finishing with some advice reviewing and on how to get the best out of the existing portfolio and how AI is impacting on their business.
