Defibrillator Campaign Goes from Strength to Strength

Spirax Sarco’s next 3 of 10 donated defibrillators are installed, Evans Jones news and Bob Holt OBE does a double.

Cheltenham now has another four Public Access Defibrillator located at these late license premises: 313-5 Frog and Fiddle High St Cheltenham, Spectre 75 High St Cheltenham and The London Inn Charlton Kings – all generously donated by Spirax Sarco.  Steve Jones kindly funded an external cabinet to house Evans Jones defibrillator at Royal Mews – additional welcome addition for Cheltenham.

Please register your defibrillators:

All of these defibrillators are registered on The Circuit – The National Defibrillator Network. If your business holds a defib, please register it on The Circuit so the Ambulance Services can locate it. A huge thank you to the team at MJF Electrical Ltd for their support in installing Public Hearts defibrillators.

Public Hearts made great progress in 2021 thanks to the generosity of Bob Holt OBE, Mike Turl and Spirax Sarco, all of whom donated defibrillators and cabinets to Public Hearts. Bob has just co-funded a defibrillator for Gloucester City Mission to support their vital services.

Gloucester City Mission are delighted to be able to install a defibrillator in our new building, Renew. The building houses the city’s Winter Shelter as well as being an education and training centre to help clients become more confident and able, by offering a range of life skills and basic skills training courses. The ultimate goal is to transform lives and offer people hope so that they can become more independent and find employment. We offer outreach support and a range of direct support to those people who are homeless or vulnerable in and around Gloucester. Thank you to Bob Holt and Tidal Training for supporting us with this defibrillator.
