Jake has recently joined The Development Manager (TDM). His background is in recruitment, predominantly working with 18-24 year old’s and with a heavy focus on work-based learning.
Jake’s motivation to join TDM evolved from his already established passion for work-based learning, but doing so in an imperative sector and via the likes of retraining and apprenticeship programmes.
Jake has a huge interest in helping employers to understand their business needs and wants and providing appropriate solutions via retraining and apprenticeships and the fundamental understanding of skills development within the tech & digital sector.
Keen to speak to and connect further with decision makers and those who identify skills needs within a business. Jake wants to work with you to understand your company aspirations, now more than ever.
