Claire Clift, Regional Managing Partner
Claire is a Regional Managing Partner at Azets responsible for all of the Shires offices covering Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Bristol.
Azets are one of the Top 10 largest accounting firms in the UK delivering international, national and local support to businesses with services spanning accounting, audit, taxation, corporate finance, business advisory, payroll, restructuring and banking and finance. Azets has over 80 offices in the UK and Ireland with the local team based in offices located in Gloucester, Evesham and Bristol.
Claire joined the firm in 1995 having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with another local firm. During this period she developed a wide range of expertise and in 2009 was promoted to partner. Claire prides herself on delivering an exceptional partner led service to all her clients and through this has developed a substantial base of successful owner managed businesses, private equity backed clients and overseas owned entities to whom she provides a full range of services. Her personal led service is very much the Azets way in delivering an effective and efficient service, both digitally and in person.
In March 2022 Claire was vital in the process of merging the Cheltenham and Gloucester offices into a new premises at Gloucester Business Park and continues to be an inspirational leader for the 94 staff who work across the offices in the region. People are at the heart of what Azets do, be it clients or staff, and Claire plays a fundamental role in driving the company’s strategy to achieve this.
