After nearly three months of shut shops and households in lockdown, the wheels of retail are beginning to turn again and people have started stepping out into the High Streets and beyond.

Though retailers of all sizes are welcoming the lifting of lockdown measures, the question in everyone’s mind is ‘how many people will return and when’.

This is where we all step in,  we have turned your answers into this free report: Retail 2020: What shoppers want will help retailers and placemakers understand the intentions and concerns of the nation’s shoppers.

We’ve gathered thousands of responses from people across the UK to create a detailed overview of consumer attitudes to the re-opening of retail, both nationally and regionally. We will continue to update this in future Editions that you will also have access too.

The report answers the following questions:
