Sadie White completes training contract to become Property Solicitor at WSP

It is with immense pleasure that WSP Solicitors can confirm Sadie White has completed her training contract with the firm and has been offered the permanent position of Property Solicitor.

Sadie studied Law at Cardiff University, leaving in 2016 after finishing the Legal Practice Course (LPC). After spending 2 years working at a Personal Injury Specialist firm, Sadie was offered her position as a Paralegal at WSP Solicitors.

“Moving from a much larger firm to a smaller firm like WSP was brilliant. As there were smaller teams and departments it meant I could get to know people really quickly and everyone was so friendly”.

In January 2019 Sadie was successful in securing her training contract with WSP Solicitors after a challenging interview process.

“The interview process was really thorough and different from what I had experienced before at other firms. I had to undertake a written assessment and prepare a presentation as well as have a more traditional interview. I felt like the process was really fair.”

Whilst training Sadie has been able to spend time across many departments within the business, gaining experience of Residential Property Conveyancing, Wills, Trusts and Probate, Family Law and Commercial Property.

“I was not pigeon-holed early on and had a real say in what departments I spent time in. I felt like my training and experience was on my terms, which was really rewarding”.

Sadie completed her training contract in January 2021 and has been offered the position of Property Solicitor working in either Residential or Commercial Property. Some great news amidst what has been a tough 12 months for many. Please join us all in congratulating Sadie on her achievement and wishing her good luck for the future.
