Three is our lucky number! Three Counties, based in Malvern, is a three-part organisation: it offers a 90-acre purpose-built showground with conference and exhibition centre; it is an organiser of national events and it is a charity with educational mission. A million people a year pass through the showground which contributes over £35 million to the local economy.
Three Counties Showground is available to hire throughout the year for conferences, exhibitions, rallies and festivals. Just 10 miles from M5 and M50, it enjoys unrivalled views of the Malvern Hills – visitors always comment on the sense of space and scalability of the facilities. A development programme to build a new conference and exhibition centre and woodland lodge park is underway.
As an event organiser, Three Counties produces RHS Malvern Spring Festival each May in partnership with the prestigious Royal Horticultural Society. With a footfall of 100,000, it is the largest RHS show outside London and is recognised as the premier horticultural show of the Midlands/South West.
Other events include the heritage-rich Royal Three Counties Show for which HRH The Princess Royal is patron. The footfall reaches 100,000 as the agricultural community and general public descend on this June show for an annual celebration of the countryside and rural affairs. CountryTastic, Three Counties Dog Show, Malvern Autumn Show, Malvern Caravan Show and Three Counties Farming Conference complete the portfolio of Three Counties’ produced events.
Educational charitable objectives for Three Counties Agricultural Society are achieved via the shows and bursaries.
