St Richard’s Hospice cares for adults with a serious progressive illness, improving their quality of life from diagnosis, during treatment and to their last days. We also support their loved ones. Our care is unique to each individual – whatever his or her physical, emotional or spiritual needs. Our hospice team includes our own doctors, nurses, social worker, counsellors and therapists working alongside highly trained volunteers. Through care in the homeIn-patient Unit, Day Services and all our further support services, we are able to help patients and families at a very difficult time.

Each year over 3,300 patients, family members and loves ones are helped by St Richard’s and no charge is made for any of our services. This is made possible due to the generosity of our donors, volunteers, supporters and the local community. This year we need to raise £8.8 million and would welcome support from individuals and companies that are keen to make a difference to the lives of others.
