A Route To Your Future Talent

The C2S Work Placement Pledge enables employers to demonstrate their commitment to the value of providing effective and constructive work placements which enhance employability and life skills and create a positive impact in the community.

There is national recognition that we need to bridge the gap between employers and education ensuring that we better equip our future workforce with the skills required in modern day business, enabling us to future proof the success of our businesses.

Organisations wishing to get involved will be promoted in all our marketing material and on our website. The website will provide parents, young people, schools, graduates and returners to work a central point to directly apply to those organisations that have made this Pledge. The University of Gloucestershire and The Growth Hub have confirmed their support and will promote this Pledge as they recognise the value in providing more exposure for young people to the opportunities in growing, successful businesses.


Download Submission Form

If you would like get involved, please download and complete the pledge certificate and instructions. Please add your logo and signature; amend/add to the commitment to suit your organisation and return to us. We will then confirm approval for the use of the Pledge Badge on your website and any publicity material and return your framed certificate for you to display. There is no cost involved in becoming part of this campaign.

Opportunity:

If you know someone looking for work experience in a tech rich environment within a friendly and supportive team, then please contact the borwell team.

We provide one week of work experience for students and career changers interested in:

  • Software Engineering – programming and generally geeking around with code
  • Network Engineering – perfect if you like flashing lights and smart looking kit
  • Cyber Security – don’t hacker businesses and get caught, do it legally and get paid for it!
