Kelly Anderson, the founder of Nspire People has worked progressively through her career across a number of sectors, ranging from retail and construction, to high technology, cyber security organisations and more, to include: Tarmac, L3 Harris, GCHQ, Gloucester Rugby and Hazelwoods.
Director Kelly is also a chartered Fellow of the CIPD and accredited Coach providing rounded support to help organisations and people transition through challenging situations.
Nspire People have vast experience at both an operational and board level having led the People function of five international businesses; all of which resulted in a well-stocked tool-kit of knowledge and experience of knowing what really stands out to employees and how to ensure competitive advantage for businesses.
The Nspire People approach is pragmatic, realistic and straightforward, and approaches the passion of People with a level of humour and realism that makes tricky issues easier to navigate. Kelly strongly believes in challenging the norm and providing disruptive People solutions that drive and support cultural vision.

Acquisition – well versed in due diligence and cultural/organisational integration
Redundancies -led and managed numerous right-sizing programmes for operationla viability
