Menzies Law is a specialist employment law and people management business. Their advisory team are all leading regional experts in employment law and they work with their HR and Learning & Development colleagues to support good people management across a wide range of clients.
Their main sector focuses are manufacturing/engineering companies and education establishments (mainly colleges). They support their clients’ HR teams with all the usual day-to-day HR, legal and people management challenges as well as handling the more high profile issues such as Employment Tribunal claims, dismissals, negotiated executive exits and similar. Founded by owner Luke Menzies in 2009, they now comprise 7 members of staff and several contractors.
