About Us

First Choice Conference & Events is an award winning venue finding agency and event management company. Our aim is to enable businesses to save time and money by finding the right venue at the right price.

The company was formed in 1995 by the Managing Director and owner Penny Banyard, today the Cheltenham-based HQ is home to a 13 person strong team.

What we can do for you…

Our team at FCCE HQ would be so excited to find a venue for your next event whether it be a meeting, conference, Christmas party, team-building event, product launch or anything in-between! We know that you are busy with your day job and that the art of venue finding can make or break your event – so you can trust us to take the task from you and come up with the goods every time!

Our award-winning team all come from a venue, hotel or hospitality background (we have over 200 years’ experience in total), and we make it our mission to visit as many venues as possible so we can be honest with you about what works best. We know all the trade secrets, the hidden gems and the right questions to ask, so leave us with your brief and budget and let us take care of the venue finding for your event. And before I forget, this service does not cost you a penny! That’s right there is no charge for finding you the ideal venue.
