Working with the Directors and other members of the C2S team to ensure that our members receive the best possible service. We are looking for someone to manage the day to day membership process from on-boarding to event delivery and website & CRM management. This role requires both customer facing and internal process management and is critical to the growth of the business. The role includes event management and on some occasion the post holder will be required to attend meetings. Events can range from small groups to over 150 attendees. Critical to the role is the management of the customer journey.

Apprenticeship Marketing & Events Apprentice
Working with the Directors and other members of the C2S team to ensure that our members receive the best possible service and we attract potential new members. We are looking for someone to support the marketing & events function as an Apprentice. Delivering value to our members through stories and engagement on social media and ensuring events are delivered to a high standard and attracting potential new members to events and to make enquiries. This person will have responsibility for drafting the C2S Circulation newsletter that goes out every week. There may be occasions for this person to attend larger events to support the team and some of these may be in the evening or early mornings. Some flexibility will be required. Generally, this role is office based in Cheltenham.
