Hours: Full-time (37.5hrs per week) 9am - 5pm

Wage: £9,380 annual salary / £4.81 per hour equivalent (Fixed Term 12-month Apprenticeship)

We are seeking an Apprentice who will work for us initially for a 12 month period whilst gaining a recognised Level 2 Qualification within Customer Service.

Working within our friendly Family Services Team based across South Gloucestershire, you will provide administrative support to ensure the day-to-day administration functions are carried out to a high standard and in a timely manner.

You will learn valuable administration skills and develop an understanding of the Charity sector and the excellent work CCP does while providing the Service with Administration support.

You will be an instrumental part of the team working across multiple family services contracts, while gaining a recognised City and Guilds Customer Service Level 2 Diploma through our training partner organisation. This means you will be well supported throughout your year both by us and our training partner.

The department you will work in provides community-based support services for families in South Gloucestershire who are experiencing a range of problems and challenges. They make such a positive and sustained impact on the lives of the families who are facing challenges and receiving support from the project.
