Alice took us on her personal story and recounted how she was the minority in both education and her career. She unapologetically explained developing her own unique and authentic style to ensure she, and women like her, have a voice.
L3Harris plays an active role in working towards a resolution through their STEM outreach initiatives. Alice took us through the fantastic work they are doing to inspire women into the engineering, cyber and defence sectors.
