Polly-Pick

Dr Polly Pick from the University of Gloucestershire talked about their Degree Apprenticeship Programmes whether that be in leadership & management; Finance; Digital Marketing; Health & Social Care; Cyber Security; Digital Technologies and Engineering. With over 800 Apprentices now going through programmes at the University they have something for everyone.  These are great for retention and upskilling as well as attracting new talent. Polly talked about how the levy is used to pay for the programmes.
