Hooray Celebrates Milton Keynes’ First Year: Reflecting on Successful Recruitment

It has been an incredible year for Hooray, a purpose led recruitment company committed to ethical recruitment, particularly with the opening of a new office in Milton Keynes. Since its launch in January 2021, Hooray has shown tremendous growth and development, with the team doubling in size.

Aleshia Woolmore, the recruiter trailblazer kicking up a storm, has been a major success story for our Milton Keynes office, and we’d like to take this opportunity to reflect on those achievements and look ahead to what lies in store for the future.

On the 16th of February people gathered to celebrate in the success of one of Milton Keynes top recruiters; Aleshia Woolmore.

An exclusive collection of 30 guests assembled for the invitation-only evening at the Alpha at Oscars in Milton Keynes for the birthday celebration and networking event. All coming together to celebrate the successes of Aleshia and Hooray’s newest office.

Hooray also announced their charity sponsors Samuels Charity, who supports many underfunded children’s wards and individual sick children across the UK, providing essential equipment, support and entertainment to bring a smile when it is needed most. Also, a further mention and thanks to Deputy Mayor and Mayoress of Milton Keynes for attending and supporting Hooray and Samuels charity event.

Martin Leib, Trustee, Samuel’s Charity commented saying “Thank you to Aleshia, Richard Ian and Prudence for inviting us to their one-year anniversary celebration and announcing that we are to be their charity for Milton Keynes. It was a fantastic night, lots of lovely people, good networking and a great way to celebrate their first year in MK. I have worked with Aleshia and she is so professional, focused and personable I would, and do, recommend her if you need staff”. Through her efforts, Hooray was able to attract top talent from around the country, and this has been instrumental in the city’s success.

Hooray has highlighted the importance of utilising a range of different recruitment methods in order to find the right people for the right roles and has shown the importance of building relationships with potential candidates and clients as well as working with advanced technology for a wider and more sophisticated search.
