This week our Get Connected event took place at C2S members Cotswold BMW in collaboration with Trinity Mirror Group. Cotswold BMW Motor Group the flagship retail store in Cheltenham to hear from Paul Neale, Head of Business on the challenges of the motor industry, future of electric cars, online retail and the challenges the motor sector is facing going forward. The event was completely full and a resounding success, with drinks and canapes on a beautiful evening on their exclusive roof top terrace. This BMW store is the largest in Europe combining BMW, Mini and BMW Motorad, with state of the art design and technology, built to the highest spec to provide customers with an exceptional customer journey. This all start with complimentary drinks and pastries at the trendy coffee shop for customers to use when just looking round or taking their cars in. Managing Director, Andrew Hulcoop thought long and hard about the build and has provided a unique experience with a showcase of every BMW model in the range, to include vintage and classic cars. 11 years on from when they started this site will turnover in excess of £150,000,000 this year, selling in excess of 100 cars per week, servicing over 650 cars per week and washing over 1000 cars per week. Today you can clearly see how passionate they are about the business and with the investment in this new build you can clearly see they are here to stay and will be around for a long time to come.
