About the event

The Sustainability Interviews are part of Circle2Succcess C2S.TV series. The idea of the three separate, but connected discussions, is to put some of the issues around sustainability into a business context and lead to this on-line live discussion.

Sustainability is a massive and many faceted concept and means different things to different people. It is easy for organisations to focus on carbon and energy reduction (because they get most of the airtime) but there is so much more to it and it’s vital that organisations start to think in a more integrated and holistic way to reduce risk and reap the benefits …..of which there are many!  Circle2Success brought together Sarah Daly, Sustainable Development Strategist and leading environmentalist and author Jonathon Porritt to debunk some of the concepts and myths in a series of interviews culminating in this live event.

In Sustainability Conversations, Sarah Daly talks to world-renowned environmentalist, Jonathon Porritt about some of the top-line issues facing organisations. Jonathon has a long and distinguished reputation in the environmental field, as an activist, director of Friends of the Earth, Chair of the Sustainable Development Commission and founder of Forum for the Future, which has co-created some of the most famous sustainability strategies, like M&S Plan A and Willmott Dixon, edie Sustainable Business of the Year winners. Jonathon has written eight books and his latest, Hope in Hell: a decade to confront the climate emergency, is right up to date with the pandemic.

Join us with Jonathon & Sarah to discuss more about what needs to be done.  This will no doubt be a lively and challenging session!
