About the event

We host a regular HR Focus for all members and guests to catch up with HR professional, HR directors/managers and experts in their field and provide support, advice and insights in how all businesses and members can deal with current HR issues and challenges.

We welcome all members and guests to get together for an hour in a live on-line forum to talk to each other, catch-up and share what is going on.

This month we will be joined by: 

Kim Whalen-Blake – Employment Partner at Hughes Paddison.  Kim will provide an overview of what is happening in the world of HR and some of the hot topics.

Sarah Taylor-Phillips – MD of Career Voyage.  Sarah will talk about age inclusivity and the stats underlying the imminent talent issue and about the treasures that the over 50s bring to the work party and she will share the learning so far about the 50:50 Challenge in Gloucestershire so far.
