The C2S Business Growth series of workshops have been designed to take you on a journey to understand what is currently happening within your organisation and how to best position yourself for future success around 4 key areas:

• Workshops 1 and 4 look to provide insights into strategy and execution. There is a saying that ‘Strategy without execution is a dream. And execution without a strategy is a nightmare’. Let’s make sure we have an executable strategy and robust plans in place for delivery.

• Workshops 2 and 3 examine the way the organisation interacts with customers, both internally and externally, how you position your offering, and understand how best to sell your products and services.

You can join all of the programme, or you can attend those workshops which are currently a priority for you/your team.

This series of workshops are aimed at owners/directors and senior managers who are looking to be in the best position to maximize opportunities in 2023, and to react quickly to a volatile marketplace. There will, however, still be many opportunities available to those that are agile and forward thinking.

Deciding which ways to grow needs to be intentional — not driven by luck. Be intentional and join us for these insightful and practical series of workshops.

Workshop 1 – What’s Blocking Your Plans for 2023

You will use an organisational benchmarking tool developed at Harvard University which answers 3 big questions against your desired ‘Future Perfect’.

“What’s going on?”

“What’s stopping me making progress?”
“What do I have to do next?”

This is a highly interactive session which requires you to have thought about your goal/vision for the future (it doesn’t have to be beautifully crafted, just a few words that describe your desired goal/future perfect) and you will then score your organisation against 11 key business drivers. This is both a visual and analytical tool which will appeal to the different ways that people think within your organisation and can easily be shared and explained. You will take away with you a snapshot of how you see your organisation performing now and share it with other team members/stakeholders as well as them be able to complete the same process. It is useful (but not imperative) to attend the session with at least one other member of the team.

The session will be facilitated by Suzanne Hall-Gibbins, Director, Circle2Success:

Suzanne has over 25 years’ experience in leadership roles in both the public and private sector across the UK. This has included working on large capital build projects in London e,g. The DOME; Jubilee Extension Line and the Globe Theatre; being a shareholder and director of a niche technology & consultancy business; a trustee for a Charity; a governor of an FE College and a large special school.  Suzanne has worked with large corporates including Rolls Royce on the Joint Strike Fighter Project; Peugeot UK Motor on the development of their vehicle auction site; and IMI Norgren on the worldwide roll out of their internal communications strategy.

She regularly hosts events; conducts interviews and facilitates board/meetings and has been a Director of Circle2Success for 9 years.
