Again re – evaluation of where they are and where they want to be. The latest on Google updates and data and how to use data to enhance business. Top tip was to develop a strategy, take the time to make sure your strategy is fit for purpose 2021/2022. Remove the emotion and go with the data!

Sarah talked about communications, Target PR help organisations to achieve their goals through excellent communication. Sarah spoke about the 4 A’s – Advise, Articulate, Amplify and Action. Be purposeful with your communications shared her top tips……..
- Analyse and re – evaluate your customer’s needs – listen to your customers
- Clarity of message – Pause and take the time to consider your message
- Tone of voice – empathy and authentic
Nik Vinios, Director THEIA
Nik talked about the future of the marketeer and what that looks like in 2021/2022. Think differently, be bold, learn new skills and be innovative. Understand your customer and what resonates with them, be authentic, honest and transparent, deal with issues openly and honesty – it’s the future! Look at the micro as the macro should not really change but the micro may need to change to adjust to days situation.
