15 year old Lilly Allen, a Student from Dean Close school used the Circle2Success Work Placement Pledge scheme to gain work experience with C2S members Brace Creative Agency. Lilly approached Nick Bracey, Managing Director of Brace to learn more about the design and marketing industry.
Lilly commenced her week’s work experience being looked after by Becky Boxwell, who is part of Brace’s marketing team and spent the week learning about design, video-marketing, social media, website design and branding.
Lilly’s vision is to set up her own lifestyle blog to encourage body positivity and confidence in young people. The brace team showed Lilly their branding process which they use for clients who want to start, evolve & grow their business. Throughout the week, Brace helped Lilly create her own brand for her personal lifestyle blog.
The week was a resounding success and Brace Creative Agency even helped Lilly launch her first merchandise for her new brand. Lilly is a true inspiration to young people and Brace are a fine example of how today’s business leaders can play a big part in tomorrow’s talent.
