What Is your business looking like in 2021 – new opportunities/changes you have made/challenges still to overcome
After such an unpredictable year we are very positive for how 2021 is looking, albeit still full of uncertainty. We have been able to mobilise remote working for the vast majority of staff so that service to our clients and partners can continue effectively. A challenge has been keeping all our teams connected, as everyone moved to home working in 2020 and we have since only introduced limited Rotas. Teams have been great at catching up via Microsoft Teams and Zoom however, but we know everyone is missing some direct contact with colleagues.
What are your predictions for 2021 / What would you like to see happen in 2021
We see digital accessibility for clients being incredibly important in 2021. Being accessible online, contactable out of hours and elements of self-service for clients will become high priority as move towards digital intensifies.
Good Things to take Forward from 2020
Our digital presence is stronger than ever. We were able to generate a considerable amount more web traffic when lockdown first came into place in March 2020 and this has continued to grow, without a drastic drop in new business. We have all pulled together as a firm to continue to provide the best service we can to our clients, whether over Microsoft Teams, email, phone and face to face again one day!
