C2S and its members ensure young people with complex needs have a brighter future with C2S Christmas Party Fundraiser

Business network C2S is ensuring young people with complex needs have a brighter future.

C2S Members are supporting National Star’s £1.5 million public appeal to build new specialist residences at its campus in Ullenwood.

The £6.2 million development, due to come online in September 2023, will enable more young people with complex disabilities to attend the specialist college and prepare for adulthood.

At the C2S annual Christmas party at the Manor by the Lake, members donated £1,367 to the county-based charity.

The guests heard first-hand from two National Star students how the charity has transformed their lives.

National Star Chief Executive Lynette Barrett, who also spoke at the event, said she was overwhelmed by the amount raised.

“Our new development will ensure National Star can support more young people with complex needs for years to come,” said Lynette. “Circle2Success and its members have been an incredible support to the charity since 2015. We could not support the young people we do without our committed supporters.” Find out more about the appeal on https://www.nationalstar.org/get-involved/building-a-brighter-future/ email fundraising@nationalstar.org or phone 01242 524478
