Annual TDM Apprenticeship Graduation Ceremony – Monday 17th October 2022

The Development Manager Ltd. (TDM), a West Midlands based Apprenticeship, Training and Skills Bootcamp provider, held its annual graduation ceremony at The Henry Sandon Hall, on Monday 17th October. The ceremony saw 40 of TDM’s Level 3, Level 4 and Level 6 BSc (Hons) Degree graduating apprentices receiving their graduation certificates in front of their families and colleagues from the employers where they have completed their apprenticeships.

Speaking at the graduation were Dr Kevan Buckley, Head of Computer Science at the University of Wolverhampton, Kelly Nicholls, CEO of Tech Skills, Tony Pitchford, Account Director at BCS and John Pritchard, WMCA Digital Policy Alliance Board. Graduating Level 6 apprentices, Jamie Andrews and Luke Morgan also spoke about their experiences and how their respective apprenticeships have helped to forge an incredible career path for them.

The Development Manager Ltd. delivers Tech and Digital Apprenticeships, Adult Qualifications and Skills Bootcamps and has operated as a Virtual Learning Environment consultant for 15 years. TDM wholeheartedly believes that people should do well by doing good, achieving prosperity, career and social mobility through apprenticeships and by doing good for others. Our apprenticeships are genuinely work-based learning, underpinned by an academic rigour, enabling our fantastically high pass rates which currently stand at 100%, with 35%+ being at Merit and Distinction level.

As well as being officially graded 100% ESFA compliant and with an Ofsted grade of Outstanding for the quality of our education, this has been an amazing year for TDM.
